1. Returns
We accept returns on products shipped by us if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item or damaged item). Items must be returned with proof of purchase.
Our return policy lasts 15 days from the arrival date, especially for fragile products. Returns made after 15 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
**Important Notice:**
1. Do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. Send it to the address on the shipping label we provide, even if you use your own shipping.
2. If your items are eligible for return, ensure they are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tags/packaging attached.
3. Frequently asked about items that cannot be returned or exchanged include personalized products and accessories.

2. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
1. **Not 100% Happy with Your Order**
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us at [email protected]. Our customer service will review your request and provide further instructions. Depending on the situation, we may offer up to a 100% refund of the item value, shipping fee, or order value.
2. **Damaged/Wrong/Missing Items**
If the product is defective or does not function as advertised, keep the shipping label of the package. Take a video of the unboxing process in case there is an issue with your order. To resolve your case, send us the shipping label and proof of the problem.
Optimal pictures should be taken on a flat surface, clearly displaying the tag and error of the items. We’ll send replacements once we confirm the situation, without the need to return the defective ones. This information helps us assist with your order and eliminate future errors.
**Caution:** This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:
– Damage caused by accidents
– Improper care
– Normal wear and tear
– Breakdown of colors and materials due to sun exposure
– Aftermarket modifications
Our policy lasts 15 days from the arrival date. If 15 days have passed since you received the item, we cannot offer a full refund or replacement.

3. Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we are happy to replace it to ensure your order reaches you. If you prefer not to have the package replaced, we must wait 15 days before issuing a refund in case the package is eventually delivered. Our Customer Service Team will monitor your order periodically, providing accurate updates on its status.
For any reports of lost packages, it is essential to submit a Loss Certificate or official information from the local post office regarding your package order status.
4. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of the purchase time on the same day.
– Cancellations made within the first hour will receive a full refund of 100% of the order value.
– Cancellations made after 1 hour but within 6 hours will receive a 70% refund of the order value (excluding tips). A management, processing, and transaction fee of 30% of your total order value will apply in this case. Note that you cannot cancel or modify your order if it has reached advanced preparation status.
